Rachel’s Music Centre: Terms and Conditions 2021/2022
- In order for a place to be reserved, Rachel’s Music Centre must receive a non-refundable deposit of €100
- Deposits are non-refundable but are deducted from the total fees
- A completed enrolment form is deemed acceptance of all terms and conditions for Rachel’s Music Centre
- All group classes take place subject to minimum numbers
- Rachel’s Music Centre reserves the right to make changes to timetable or teachers, if necessary
- If a student decides to stop attending classes for any reason whatsoever, fees will not be refunded
- Students under 18 must be collected by a parent/guardian unless with written permission from a parent/guardian
- Parents/guardians must collect their child at the correct time. Rachel’s Music Centre will take care of their students but a fee will be incurred should there be a late collection. It is particularly essential to arrive on time considering our COVID-19 policy
- As long as the class is running with the venue open, no refund will be given for adverse weather
- If a student does not attend a class while Rachel’s Music Centre is open, there will be no refund given whatsoever
- If classes are cancelled due to an “Act of God”, (eg disruption from weather events, earthquakes etc), strikes, terrorist activity, then no refunds will be given whatsoever
- Rachel’s Music Centre may cancel this contract at any time before the student commences for any reason whatsoever and will refund any payments made. Rachel’s Music Centre shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the cancellation whatsoever.
- Rachel’s Music Centre cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions on or around the premises
- You have already been asked for information on any medical or other conditions on the enrolment form. You must inform Rachel’s Music Centre of any changes as soon as possible. These details will be kept fully confidential
- No students should attend class if they have any symptoms such as fever (38 degrees and higher), cough, runny nose, loss of sense of taste or smell, diarrhea, impetigo, chicken pox, conjunctivitis, ear infection etc.
- If you are deemed a close contact, please ensure to follow the HSE guidelines and do not attend class in person until you have received a positive test
- Students that must miss classes in person due to being a close contact may transfer lessons to online
- Students must not change between in person classes and online classes without sufficient reason and notice
- All personal information given to Rachel’s Music Centre remains strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties
- The parent shall indemnify and keep indemnified Rachel’s Music Centre against all loss (including profit), liability, costs and expenses which Rachel’s Music Centre shall incur directly or indirectly as a consequence of any action or inaction of the parent/guardian of a student
